Barak Avitbul - CEO, Founder
Barak has over ten years of experience in entrepreneurship, management and in product and business development. Over the last two years Barak has served as the CEO of IPortent where he was responsible for the overall planning and execution of the company operations, financing, business development, and technology and R&D efforts. Prior to founding IPortent, Mr. Avitbul served as a consultant for several premier technology companies in diverse areas among them Rosetta Genomics (ROSG) where he served as head of algorithmic researches. Prior to that, Mr. Avitbul was founder and CEO of Minute Technologies – an Internet security company providing unique solutions for security threats in the SOHO Market. Prior to founding Minute Technologies, Barak was Director of R&D at iMDsoft and played an instrumental role in creating and launching successful products in the healthcare clinical information management market. Mr. Avitbul holds an L.L.B in law and B.Sc in computer science, both from Tel Aviv University

Hayim Shaul - CTO, Founder
Mr. Shaul has over ten years of experience in spearheading development of complex engineering projects. He is an expert mathematician and software engineer as well as inventor of several patents related to data acceleration and optimization. Prior to founding IPortent, Mr. Shaul was Chief Algorithmic Researcher at Expand Networks, where he developed the company's algorithms for compression and drop recovery.

He also served as the CTO of DjinnyTech, a company that offered a client-side CPU-specific optimization solution. Mr. Shaul started his career as a software engineer and project manager in an elite intelligence unit of the Israel Defense Forces, where he incorporated knowledge and practice of mathematics, engineering and software. Mr. Shaul holds a B.Sc. in mathematics and computer science and an M.Sc. (Cum Laude) in computer science, both from Tel Aviv University.

Pini Smotny – VP Business Development, Founder
Pini Smotny has over six years’ management and product development experience in the hi-tech environment. He earned a B.Sc. from Bar Ilan University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
